Haven's tried to directly connect it to the motherboard. And I'm using a SATA to USB dongle(with 12v/3a power supply) from Ugreen to connect the drive to my PC.

Also tried other firmwares like for LG WH16NS60 and older versions, but none of them works. What's wrong with my drive? Until now, everything appeared to be normal in MakeMKV spec list, but when I tried to use MakeMKV to backup the disk it shows 'The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted'. I thought maybe it was an incompatible disk so I tried the AnyDVD scanning tool, but it won't even complete the scan because AnyDVD even failed to scan the disk, not to mention decrypt it. The thing is I have updated both AnyDVD and MakeMKV to the latest version (MakeMKV 1.16.7). The detail shows that 'Incompatible LibreDrive! Please update MakeMKV!'. But AnyDVD will soon pop up a window saying error scanning.
